Fulfilment of your order is managed by 2Pure with delivery handled by DPD couriers.
We are experiencing two challenges in getting our orders out to our customers on normal delivery timelines:
- We have a reduced number of people in the business which is adding 24-48 hours to orders being processed and ready for collection by our courier during peak times such as Mondays and Tuesdays (and Wednesday after a bank holiday weekend)
- Our couriers are expressing heavy demand and are prioritising NHS medical supplies, asking us to be patient and suggesting it will add an additional 24 hours to the deliveries.
What this means is that your order may take up to 5 working days to get to you. We really appreciate your understanding and continued support during this period.
Orders placed on a public holiday will be dispatched the next working day. If the 2-day delivery date falls on a public holiday, the delivery will be made the next day.
Deliveries outside the UK
We currently deliver to the Isle of Man and most EU/EEA countries with goods dispatched by DPD on a standard service.
We regret that we are unable to deliver to the following locations:
- British Overseas Territories
- Channel Islands
- Benelux countries
- The Netherlands
You can check your order status using the link below. DPD will send you updates on delivery status to the email address and mobile number you provided with your order.
To use this service, you will need your order number and email address and postcode used when you placed your order.
Damaged, defective or incorrect orders
We aim to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition but occasionally things do go wrong. If your order arrives with obvious damage to the packaging, do not accept the goods from the courier.
