Shipping Rates

FREE shipping on orders over £40. 

Orders under £40 will be charged £2.99 for shipping. 

All orders are shipped on a standard 2-day delivery service with DPD. 

Delivery service

Fulfilment of your order is managed by 2Pure.

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, with any orders received Saturday or Sunday shipped out the following week. 

To ensure safe arrival of your goodrs, all of our shipments are tracked and require a signature upon delivery.

Order before 11:30am Monday to Friday to have your order despatched same day. 

Please note we'll endeavour to dispatch you order straight away, however during busy periods this could take 2-3 working days.

We use DPD 2-day delivery service for all our orders. We are not currently able to offer express or next-day delivery service. 


Unfortunately, due to forces out of our control, we’re currently unable to fulfil orders to the following destinations. We’re working to resolve this as soon as possible and apologise for any inconvenience.

  • Republic of Ireland
  • Channel Islands
  • Isle of Man

We do not deliver to BFPO and APO addresses. Please use an alternative shipping address. 

Public holidays

Orders placed on a public holiday will be despatched within 5 working days.  If the 2-day delivery date falls on a public holiday, the delivery will be made the next working day.

2021 public holidays:

  • 1st January - New Years Day
  • 2nd April - Good Friday
  • 5th April - Easter Monday
  • 3rd May - Early May Bank Holiday
  • 31st May - Spring Bank Holiday 
  • 30th August - Summer Bank Holiday 

Deliveries outside the UK

We don't currently ship outside of the UK.

    Delivery Tracking

    Once your order has been shipped, you'll get an email with your DPD tracking number. You can use this to track the status of your order. DPD usually message on the day with a time slot.  

    Damaged, defective or incorrect orders

    We aim to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition but occasionally things do go wrong. If your order arrives with obvious damage to the packaging, do not accept the goods from the courier.

    If the item(s) ordered within the package are found to be defective, damaged, or not the items ordered, please refer to the instructions on the Returns Policy page.
